Korean trot singer Jang Yoon-jeong recently expressed her concerns about her health.
On the 15th, a video titled 'I briefly stopped by because they were singing my song | Love to my seniors and fighting to my juniors' was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Jang Factory Jang Yoon-jeong.' In the video, Jang Yoon-jeong visited a makeup shop to prepare for her busy schedule from the morning.
She shared, "When I'm at home at this time, I usually pack snacks for my kids and send them to school." She added, "To create a healthy routine, I've been consuming olive oil on an empty stomach lately." Jang Yoon-jeong revealed that she has been taking olive oil for quite some time, admitting, "As a lover of alcohol, I'm always worried about the inflammation levels in my body."
Jang Yoon-jeong explained, "The benefits of olive oil help reduce inflammation in the body," and noted, "Many people on diets also try olive oil, and consuming it on an empty stomach definitely reduces hunger." She added with a laugh, "My skin feels better and brighter. My husband, Do Kyung-wan, even said I used to look like a spotted cow but now I look whiter." She also mentioned, "Perhaps because of improved circulation, I used to be very swollen in the morning, but the swelling has definitely reduced, and I feel lighter."
Previously, Jang Yoon-jeong addressed the title 'drinking couple' on her YouTube channel, saying, "Many people think we drink every day, but in reality, we enjoy it about three times a week." She also appeared on the web variety show 'Nego King' on the 2nd, where she shared, "(When dieting) I minimize carbohydrates because I drink," showcasing her reputation as a representative drinker in the entertainment industry.
Meanwhile, Jang Yoon-jeong was born in 1980 and is 46 years old this year. She married broadcaster Do Kyung-wan in 2013, and they have a son and a daughter.
