Yang Joon-hyuk, who recently married a wife 19 years his junior, is embarking on a new business venture.
On the 350th episode of KBS2's variety show 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' (hereafter 'Boss Ears'), airing on the 29th, Yang Joon-hyuk, who currently boasts an annual revenue of 3 billion KRW, visits the largest seafood company in Daejeon with an annual revenue of 30 billion KRW. The company handles approximately 7 tons of logistics daily and offers over 100 types of seafood. Inspired by this, Yang Joon-hyuk reveals his ambition to establish a seafood hub with a target annual revenue of 30 billion KRW.
Yang Joon-hyuk shares his detailed business plan, including the location of branches, necessary equipment, and estimated costs. Although the required water trucks alone cost about 300 million KRW, Yang suggests financing them through loans. Park Myung-soo humorously advises, "Get your wife's permission first," trying to dissuade him.
However, Cho Hyun-ah, known for her investment acumen, takes interest in Yang's bold business plan. She perks up at the mention of water trucks, saying, "Water trucks don't depreciate much, right? I should start a rental business," surprising everyone with her proactive approach. Yang Joon-hyuk, impressed by Cho Hyun-ah's business sense, offers her the position of Seoul branch manager, to which she responds with enthusiasm.
With Cho Hyun-ah showing interest, even the initially skeptical Park Myung-soo jumps on board, adding humor to the situation. He quickly expresses his desire to manage the Gunsan branch, saying, "Give me the Gunsan branch." Jeon Hyun-moo humorously points out, "How can you appoint branch managers when there are no branches yet?" Despite the lack of actual branches, the enthusiasm of Cho Hyun-ah and Park Myung-soo for Yang's business plan remains high, providing plenty of laughs.
'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' airs every Sunday at 4:40 PM.
