In a dramatic turn of events, Chae Jong-hyeop's character, Sun Woo-chan, departs from Lee Sung-kyung's character, Song Ha-ran, after a shocking revelation.

The 11th episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Brilliant Season of You' (directed by Jeong Sang-hee, Kim Young-jae/written by Jo Seong-hee), aired on the 28th, showcased the complete breakdown of the relationship between Song Ha-ran (played by Lee Sung-kyung) and Sun Woo-chan (played by Chae Jong-hyeop) after confronting the truth. Sun Woo-chan vanished without a trace after Cha Soo-jin (played by Lee Joo-yeon) revealed that he was responsible for a devastating explosion seven years ago.

On this day, Song Ha-ran discovered that Sun Woo-chan, who was the roommate of Kang Hyuk-chan (played by Kwon Do-hyung) seven years ago, had been pretending to be Kang Hyuk-chan while exchanging messages with her.
