Running Man Sparks Romance: Song Ji-hyo and Lee Chang-sub's Unexpected Love Line

On the latest episode of SBS's variety show 'Running Man,' Song Ji-hyo revealed a budding romance with a younger idol, Lee Chang-sub.

The episode, aired on the 29th, featured a 'You Must Be Hungry' race with singer Sung Si-kyung and Lee Chang-sub.

During the show, Sung Si-kyung revealed, "Ji-ye Eun confessed her admiration for Melomance's Kim Min-seok, and I arranged a call for them. She was teary-eyed at a drinking party, expressing her genuine feelings."

Ji-ye Eun admitted her crush, saying, "I was truly happy after the call. I really love Melomance's songs." She also praised Sung Si-kyung, calling him "the ideal type for women of all ages."

When asked by the members if she would date Sung Si-kyung, Ji-ye Eun immediately replied, "Yes." Her response surprised Kim Jong-kook, who remarked, "She's usually picky."

Sung Si-kyung playfully suggested, "Then let's date for a while," creating a love line. Yoo Jae-suk teased Ji-ye Eun for pausing her meal, while Haha joked, "She's shocked because she wasn't rejected for the first time."

Yoo Jae-suk suggested Ji-ye Eun appear on Sung Si-kyung's music program, to which Sung Si-kyung replied, "If we're dating, there's no need for the show. We can meet after it ends," showing his affection.

Reflecting on Sung Si-kyung's active role in forming the love line, Yoo Jae-suk recalled, "During previous dating shows, he refused to do such things even when asked by writers." Sung Si-kyung explained, "I can't do it when asked. It has to come from the heart."

Lee Chang-sub acknowledged Ji-ye Eun's beauty but treated her like a younger sibling, as she is three years his junior. When he showed a positive attitude towards older-younger couples, Song Ji-hyo, who is 10 years older, boldly asked, "Do you want to date me?" Lee Chang-sub agreed, forming a couple.

Lee Chang-sub smiled, saying, "It's okay because it's Ji-hyo noona," drawing attention to their age difference.

While Sung Si-kyung and Ji-ye Eun's love line continued warmly, Lee Chang-sub sat next to Song Ji-hyo on the bus, holding onto the handle with a cautious stance, causing laughter.

Lee Chang-sub candidly shared, "I need something to lean on," prompting Yoo Jae-suk to joke, "Today is a big crisis for Lee Chang-sub," with a broad smile. Ultimately, Song Ji-hyo and Lee Chang-sub were assigned to different teams for a game, leading to a forced separation.
