Main PD Injury Sparks Concern Among '2 Days & 1 Night' Cast

The cast of '2 Days & 1 Night' expressed concern over the main PD's injury.

On the episode of KBS 2TV's '2 Days & 1 Night Season 4' aired on the 29th, the first part of the 'Spring Table Battle: Taste vs. Taste' in Mokpo, Jeollanam-do was revealed.

During the episode, Kim Jong-min informed the members about the main PD's injury, saying, "Isn't PD Joo Jong-hyun hurt?" PD Joo explained, "I broke my big toe after hitting something like a curb while riding a bicycle," to which DinDin humorously suggested, "Let's stop filming."

DinDin also asked PD Joo, "Didn't you appear on TV?" Moon Se-yoon added, "I think I saw it too," showing curiosity. PD Joo shared, "I briefly appeared on 'Boss in the Mirror' when Jeon Hyun-moo won the grand prize and visited the entertainment department."

At that time, Jeon Hyun-moo had expressed, "It's my dream to appear on '2 Days & 1 Night'." When the members anticipated Jeon Hyun-moo's appearance, DinDin joked, "I'm not that excited. My mom is aiming for a permanent spot."

The members also shared updates on their lives. DinDin mentioned, "I see Moon Se-yoon five days a week," highlighting their close friendship through performances and radio shows, saying, "We see each other more than family."

Kim Jong-min shared, "I recently traveled abroad for a Koyote concert. I met Korean residents in Vietnam, but Baekga couldn't attend due to health issues. Shinji and I performed together, with Shinji doing the rap. I only did the choreography because I don't know the lyrics. The rap is too fast," causing laughter.

Meanwhile, chefs Jung Ho-young and Sam Kim appeared as guests. The two became close while appearing on 'Black and White Chef 2'.

PD Joo revealed that Sam Kim, who had previous experience on '2 Days & 1 Night', hesitated to appear despite being invited. Persuaded by Jung Ho-young, Sam Kim confirmed his appearance, explaining, "It's not because I'm uncomfortable with anyone or acting superior for having appeared before; it's because the restaurant is busy."

Currently, Sam Kim's restaurant is fully booked for six months. Jung Ho-young commented, "Our restaurant accepts same-day reservations," but DinDin remarked, "When I visited before, there were lines," expressing envy over the 'two restaurants you can't visit even with money.'
