Former Wanna One member and actor Park Ji-hoon shared his journey to becoming an idol.

On the October 25th episode of tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block', Park Ji-hoon captivated viewers with his emotional story of debuting through tears. He began his career as a child actor in 'Jumong', recalling, "I saw an actor getting angry on TV and thought, 'I want to do that.' I immediately enrolled in an academy in Yeouido and debuted as a child actor." This highlights his early attraction to acting and his swift pursuit of the craft.

As a middle school student, Park became fascinated with popping dance, which naturally led him to dream of becoming an idol. He participated in Mnet's 'Produce 101 Season 2', finishing in second place and debuting with Wanna One. Park Ji-hoon reminisced, "When I went on the show, 101 people were performing, and I felt like I wasn't being noticed. I just wanted to make my presence known, but once I started, I wanted to try everything. I even winked, thinking about what I could do. Even if I wasn't noticed, I kept going. I was full of determination."

He emphasized that after watching popping dance videos in middle school, he was determined to pursue a career as an idol. His passion was evident as he practiced popping moves even during class. When Yoo Jae-suk mentioned that Park practiced from 1 PM to 2 AM, Park admitted, "I was full of determination," revealing his earnest desire to become a singer.

Park Ji-hoon surprised listeners by sharing, "At that age, it's uncommon to have fluid in your knees, but I did. After getting it drained at the hospital, I went back to the underground practice room to continue rehearsing."
