Actress Sunwoo Yong-yeo Offers Heartfelt Advice to Cancer-Battling Broadcaster Park Mi-sun

Actress Sunwoo Yong-yeo has offered warm advice to broadcaster Park Mi-sun, who is currently battling cancer.

On the 18th, the YouTube channel 'Soonpoong Sunwoo Yong-yeo' released a video titled "Finally Meeting Park Mi-sun and Sunwoo Yong-yeo's Tearful Lunar New Year Table (Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Anchovy Potato Stew)."

Park Mi-sun visited Sunwoo Yong-yeo's home, appearing with a short hairstyle, reflecting her current situation. Park Mi-sun, who is fighting breast cancer, revealed that she has shaved her head three times due to hair loss.

Park Mi-sun shared, "My hair fell out completely once and grew back like baby hair," as she showed her shortened hair. Sunwoo Yong-yeo responded with a warm smile, saying, "Your hair is very pretty. It's fashion."

While enjoying dumpling soup prepared by Sunwoo Yong-yeo, the conversation naturally shifted to topics of marital relationships and financial stability.

Sunwoo Yong-yeo reminisced about the time when Park Mi-sun diligently supported her husband Lee Bong-won, who was studying in Japan, despite her busy schedule.

Sunwoo advised, "Even if you earn money, don't boast or act superior," and emphasized, "Always feel sorry towards your husband." Park Mi-sun, moved by the advice, said, "I must have been pitiful. (Sunwoo Yong-yeo) always cries when talking about me on broadcasts."

Sunwoo Yong-yeo explained, "The reason I felt connected to Park Mi-sun was because she was just like me," adding, "If one person in the household does well, it doesn't work out. You and I are similar. Because we are strong, the men don't succeed."

Park Mi-sun deeply resonated with Sunwoo Yong-yeo's insights, humorously acknowledging, "Thanks to your advice back then, I still feel sorry towards my husband," which lightened the mood.

Previously, Sunwoo Yong-yeo shared on her YouTube channel about paying off her husband's debts. She revealed, "At that time, my husband had repaid 6 to 7 million won, and I became a debtor by signing the papers. I had to pay off the remaining debt. Back then, a house cost 50,000 won, so the debt was equivalent to nearly 20 billion won today. It was an enormous amount."

Meanwhile, Park Mi-sun and Lee Bong-won married in 1993 and have a son and a daughter. Park Mi-sun took a break from her activities earlier this year due to health reasons but recently returned to broadcasting through tvN's 'You Quiz.' She revealed her breast cancer diagnosis and the fact that it had spread to her lymph nodes, leading to chemotherapy treatment.
