Choi Jin-hyuk's bold advances have sparked a wave of emotions in Oh Yeon-seo in the latest episode of Channel A's weekend drama 'I've Got a Baby.'
The episode aired on January 31st, showcasing the growing romantic tension between Do-joon (played by Choi Jin-hyuk) and Hee-won (played by Oh Yeon-seo). Hee-won finds herself flustered yet thrilled by Do-joon's confession, "I care because I like you." Despite her initial rejection, claiming, "I don't like you. I just feel sorry for you," Hee-won can't help but be drawn to Do-joon, her heart racing against her will. She muses, "I rejected him, yet I can't stop thinking about him," indicating her mind is consumed by thoughts of Do-joon.
Do-joon, undeterred by Hee-won's cold demeanor, candidly tells her, "Whether you guard your heart or not, that's my concern. I want to keep seeing you, Jang Hee-won." This second confession leaves Hee-won unexpectedly fluttered, painting the screen with a rosy hue.
Meanwhile, Jeong-eum (played by Baek Eun-hye) schemes to bring Do-joon down by instructing Moo-young (played by Ryu Tae-ho) to entice a model from Taehan Brewery into a drinking scandal. The ensuing DUI incident puts Taehan Brewery in hot water, with shareholders pressuring Do-joon to resolve the crisis, citing ongoing issues and potential owner risks.
Amidst the turmoil, Hee-won devises a plan to turn the crisis into an opportunity by suggesting Do-joon as the new face of Taehan Brewery. Her strategy pays off, successfully launching Do-joon's modeling debut and improving the company's image.
Elsewhere, Min-wook (played by Hong Jong-hyun) is troubled by the growing closeness between Do-joon and Hee-won. Conflicted and frustrated, Min-wook realizes his feelings for Hee-won are more than friendship after a conversation with Mi-ran (played by Kim Da-som) and a company superior. He admits, "I guess it wasn't just friendship," acknowledging his love for Hee-won.
As the episode concludes, Do-joon faces an unexpected crisis. Hearing Hee-won's name from Jeong-eum leaves him momentarily stunned. In the elevator, his condition worsens, and Hee-won, noticing his distress, supports him as he collapses onto her shoulder. The episode ends with Hee-won tenderly comforting Do-joon, who struggles with panic symptoms.
