On the 29th, Rain shared a video titled 'What's Wrong with My Body?' on his YouTube channel 'Season B Season.' In the video, he visited a rehabilitation clinic and confessed, “My body is in terrible shape these days. The pain in my neck and back is so severe that it makes me groan. My back wasn't this bad before, but after filming a boxing drama, the pain has intensified.”
After reviewing Rain's MRI scans, the doctor explained, “The discs between cervical vertebrae 5 and 6 are significantly damaged and compressed. Additionally, there are signs of degeneration and stenosis between lumbar vertebra 5 and sacral vertebra 1.” The doctor further noted, “The loss of the normal C-curve in the neck can cause discomfort. The color change in the MRI indicates a decrease in disc hydration, which can lead to inflammatory pain.”
Rain elaborated, saying, "I have a disc issue between cervical vertebrae 5 and 6, and stenosis in lumbar vertebrae 5 and 6," and expressed, "My joints hurt a lot."
Following the diagnosis, Rain underwent various non-surgical treatments, including shockwave therapy, magnetic therapy, manual therapy, and stretching injections.
Meanwhile, Rain married actress Kim Tae-hee in 2017, and the couple has two daughters.
