Comedian Jang Do-yeon has shared her secret to maintaining her figure.
On the 5th, Heo Kyung-hwan's YouTube channel 'Curious Heo Kyung-hwan' featured a video titled "Finally, a Super Star Guest, 19 Years of Friendship Chemistry from the Streets."
In the video, Heo Kyung-hwan mentioned, "I called Jang Do-yeon twice and got rejected both times," as he humorously recounted his attempts to invite her to his channel, showcasing their close friendship.
Heo, who is also the CEO of a chicken breast company, relayed a question from his production team, "Our PDs are curious if Jang Do-yeon is managing her figure well these days." Jang Do-yeon responded, "I think I inherited a lot from my dad's genes. He's not the type to gain much weight. So, it's partly genetics, and although my eating habits are quite poor, I tend to eat a lot at once and then fast for a long time."
Jang Do-yeon, who maintains a '174cm·56kg' figure, added about her daily habits, "I eat one meal a day and enjoy walking alone." When Heo joked, "Don't you cover 2 meters with each step?" Jang wittily replied, "I probably kill about 110 ants," eliciting laughter.
Meanwhile, Heo Kyung-hwan started his chicken breast business in 2010. Despite facing challenges, including being defrauded of approximately 2.7 billion won by a business partner, he achieved around 60 billion won in sales by 2021.
