'Grand Galaxy Hotel' is a Netflix series that tells the story of a newly appointed hotel owner and a fearless human hotel manager who is not afraid of ghosts. Together, they navigate the mysterious and enchanting world of the 'Grand Galaxy Hotel,' known for offering the best services to comfort souls.

Eun-ha is a character with a mysterious past and a prickly personality, stepping in to fill the void left by the hotel's vanished owner.

Shin Si-a, who made a striking debut in the film 'The Witch: Part 2. The Other One,' plays the role of Sang-soon, the only human manager at the hotel. Known for her roles in 'The Old Woman With The Knife' and the drama 'Resident Playbook,' Shin Si-a's character Sang-soon is dedicated to her job, managing guests and boasting an extraordinary rapport with ghosts.

Lee Soo-hyuk, who has showcased his unique presence in dramas like 'High School King,' 'Doom at Your Service,' 'Tomorrow,' and films like 'Lost,' portrays Baek-gi, a reaper tasked with cleansing the remnants of evil spirits.
