Soyoon, the daughter of actor Jung Woong-in, who has been noted for her resemblance to NewJeans' Hae-rin, is set to reunite with her ideal type, whom she met in Japan, back in Korea.
The 30th episode of ENA's Sunday variety show 'My Child's Private Life' (referred to as 'My Life') airing on the 20th, will feature Soyoon's exciting reunion date with Kouki, a boy she met during her trip to Japan, and the first Hong Kong trip of siblings Yeonwoo and Hayoung with their friends.
Previously, Soyoon spent a heart-fluttering time with Kouki, a boy of her age, during her Japan trip and promised to meet again in Korea. Three months later, Kouki visits Korea, making their reunion a reality. The pre-released video begins with Soyoon's excitement as she prepares to meet Kouki again. The two spot each other across a crosswalk, and as soon as the light changes, Kouki runs towards Soyoon, reminiscent of a scene from a youth drama.
The pair then stroll along the Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway. When Soyoon mentions the rumor that couples who walk this path break up, Kouki unexpectedly offers his hand. Mistaking it for a farewell handshake, Soyoon extends her hand, but Kouki grabs her other hand and they run along the walkway together. Kouki explains, "Since they say walking here leads to a breakup, I thought doing the opposite might bring good luck," bringing a smile to viewers' faces.
The children also spend time drawing each other's faces. Soyoon shares, "I felt excited and it was like a dream," vividly conveying her emotions. Kouki also expresses his feelings, saying, "Seeing Soyoon makes me smile naturally." However, towards the end of their date, Kouki is unexpectedly seen in tears, sparking curiosity. Soyoon, surprised, comforts him, saying, "What's wrong? Don't cry," leaving viewers wondering what transpired between the two.
