ILLIT's Wonhee has revealed that she underwent intensive French language training for the recording of their comeback track 'Do the Dance'.
On the afternoon of the 16th, ILLIT held a media showcase at YES24 Live Hall to celebrate the release of their third mini-album 'bomb'.
During the event, Wonhee shared, "To express French fluently this time, I received coaching from a native speaker during the recording." She added, "There were phrases like 'Oh la la' and 'avec toi' (with you). Initially, it was unfamiliar and challenging, but as I continued, it felt like a magical spell, which was enchanting and delightful."
ILLIT's third mini-album 'bomb' marks a progression from their previous albums, which focused on personal emotions, to an album that begins an interaction with 'you'. The album includes five tracks: the title track 'Do the Dance', 'little monster', 'jellyous', 'oops!', and 'Night Picnic'. 'Do the Dance' is about the nervousness of a first date, where despite the confusion, the protagonist boldly suggests, "Let's dance together."
Meanwhile, ILLIT's third mini-album 'bomb' will be released on various music charts at 6 PM on the 16th.
