54-year-old actor Lim Won-hee recently went on a blind date arranged by a producer from the popular SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy'.
On the October 15th episode of 'My Little Old Boy', Lim Won-hee was seen meeting a potential partner introduced by a broadcasting station acquaintance. Inspired by the recent marriages of his friends, Lim decided to take the plunge. His date was a college friend of the show's PD, currently working at a drama production company.
Actor Jung Seok-yong, who met with Lim before the date, praised his decision, saying, "It's impressive to go on a blind date at our age. Think of it as your last chance. This could be a miracle." He encouraged Lim to prepare well, noting his preference for intellectual women.
On the day of the date, Lim appeared in a yellow shirt and black slacks. Nervous, he struggled to make eye contact when his date arrived. The woman, who has been working in content production for a decade, complimented Lim, saying, "People say you seem kind and pure."

The woman also matched Lim's ideal type, speaking Chinese and English, which impressed him. "I admire people who are good at studying," he said, adding a playful compliment about her beauty.
She admitted feeling some pressure about marriage, noting fewer dates compared to her early 30s. When Lim shared his occasional sadness about not having a family, she reassured him, "You have many admirable qualities." Lim appreciated her support, saying, "I like someone who boosts my self-esteem."
Lim invited her to his performance, and she expressed interest in attending, leaving viewers curious about a potential follow-up meeting.
