Comedian Yang Sang-guk Challenges Actor Kim Sung-kyun Over 'Fake Accent' on SBS Show
On the upcoming episode of SBS's variety show 'But Seriously!', airing on the 13th, renowned actor Kim Sung-kyun and popular comedian Yang Sang-guk will appear as guests.
Hailing from Daegu, North Gyeongsang Province, Kim Sung-kyun and Yang Sang-guk, from Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province, engaged in a dialect showdown from the start, heightening the tension on set. Yang Sang-guk accused Kim Sung-kyun of having a 'fake accent,' claiming, "It's different from an original like me," to which Kim Sung-kyun retorted, "Who are you to judge?" further heating up the atmosphere.
Yang Sang-guk revealed a moment when he felt the taste of success, drawing attention. He stated, "Racing and tennis are my hobbies," and shared that he feels successful every time he goes to play tennis at a nice court, eliciting laughter. Kim Sung-kyun then teased, "Isn't it insincere to call yourself a country bumpkin while enjoying racing and tennis?" to which Yang Sang-guk cheekily replied, "Don't you agree, brother?"
