The movie '12.12: THE DAY', which succeeded in exceeding 4 million viewers, attracted 1.7 million viewers over the weekend, heralding a long-term dominance at the box office.

According to the Korea Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater admissions on the 4th, '12.12: THE DAY' (director Kim Seong-su) attracted 1,702,198 viewers last weekend (December 1st to 3rd), bringing the cumulative number of viewers to 4,655,112. ‘12.12: THE DAY’ has never missed the top spot at the box office since its release on the 22nd.

Second place went to ‘Single in Seoul’ (directed by Park Beom-soo), which attracted 123,771 viewers and accumulated 225,514 viewers. Third place was 'Freddy's Pizza Place' (directed by Emma Tammy), which was viewed by 64,836 people, recording a cumulative audience of 651,974.

'Monster' (directed by Hirokazu Kore-eda) ranked 4th, attracting 54,898 viewers and accumulating 117,803.
