Actress Jeon So-ni mentioned Kim Da-mi, who she co-starred with in the movie ‘Soulmate.’

On the morning of the 9th, Jeon So-ni told various stories related to the upcoming movie 'Soul Mate' (director Min Yong-geun) at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

'Soul Mate' is the story of two friends, Miso (played by Da-mi Kim), Ha-eun (played by So-ni Jeon), and Jin-woo (played by Woo-seok Byeon), who recognized each other from their first meeting and shared everything together, including joy, sadness, excitement, and longing.

In the play, Jeon So-ni played Ha-eun. Ha-eun, behind her calm and neat appearance, is a person with a stronger heart than anyone else. She is a deep friend who longs for the freedom of a smile, but also serves as a strong fence so that she can always come back.

Previously, Kim Da-mi said of Jeon So-ni, "When I first saw her, I felt like she was sparkling. I felt that her eyes were bright and bright. I felt comfortable with her. I thought she was a person with deep thoughts, even when she spoke. I still feel that way now. She is the best person on set. “What I felt a lot was that it was very delicate,” he said.

On this day, Jeon So-ni said, "(Kim Dami's) first impression and my current impression haven't changed. Even though she's really younger than me, there's something about her that closes her off. Dami has a stable side and doesn't just go up and down. No matter what she says, I open my mind and focus. “He is a friend who I can feel listens to.”

He continued, "I think that's why we ended up talking about what was inside us. The reason we were able to become friends faster was because we both don't have sociable personalities, so we got along well, and we weren't in a hurry to become friends. We knew that very well. We were 'soul mates'. "We both wanted to do everything we could to act in '," he added.

Jeon So-ni said, "Of course, when I go on set, I analyze the script and think about the character, but since I was working on it and realized that even the parts that I'm not aware of are included in the movie, I think I wanted to take those parts with me as well. Even before filming, Mi-so and Ha-eun “We talked a lot about this. We talked a lot about our respective friendships and the relationships we had experienced,” he explained.

In addition, "As we talked about what we had personally experienced compared to Miso and Ha-eun, we learned about the past and how we treat other relationships. We had no choice but to get along well. I feel that the script is delicate and captures the events emotionally. “It wasn’t difficult to follow along. I was grateful that the relationship naturally began to resemble something similar while filming,” he said, expressing satisfaction.

Jeon So-ni said, "I am grateful that I was able to play Ha-eun even after filming was over. The main reason I did this work was because it involved relationships. Both Dami and director Min Yong-geun have become precious and reliable friends. “There are times when it’s difficult to talk to friends or people in the industry, but we have developed a solid trust within ourselves,” he said.

Not only that, “I feel like we have developed a relationship where I can rely on and ask for advice rather than being selective or careful about what I say, so I am still like that. (Byun) Wooseok is the same. I personally spent a lot of time having one-on-one conversations with the director. Wooseok expressed his affection, saying, "Wooseok is a very cute friend because we are the same age as him, which is rare. We are still getting along well. I see him often these days and I feel like we have become closer."

Jeon So-ni said, "As I became closer to Dami, I realized that there are different types of calmness. Although I am alone, I don't lie down often. I tend to stay busy at home by doing things. That's the way I feel most comfortable. The story focuses on the topic. "I can't choose. I guess it's just that friends usually talk about things without a topic. It's the same. They talk about nothing, ask for advice, and say something is delicious. They talk about everything."

Meanwhile, 'Soulmate' will be released on the 15th.
