Hong Hyun-hee of the new entertainment show 'Office Villain', which will help K-office workers manage their mental health, said, "I went to work for the first time in anticipation of the company dinner, but I was disappointed that it was postponed to the next time."
MBN and Channel S's entertainment show 'Office Villain', which will be aired for the first time on the 20th, released an interview with Hong Hyun-hee, an 'empathy fairy' who has first-hand experience working at a pharmaceutical company. Hong Hyun-hee, an empathy fairy with both laughter and tears, revealed the key points to watch, saying, “Not only will it be a time to form a consensus in company life, but it will also be a time to reflect on whether I am a villain.”
Hong Hyeon-hee continued, “It is an honor to be able to work with seniors Dong-yeop and Jin-ho. “It’s a company I look forward to going to work at,” he said, boasting his expectations for the MCs he works with.Below is a Q&A with Hong Hyeon-hee.Q1. In your opinion, what type of 'office villain' would you most like to meet?
A person who is negative in everything. I don't want to meet people who blame others in my organizational life.
Q2. If you have your own way to combat ‘villains’, please let us know.
We only talk about work-related things. Draw clear lines and don't mix personal stories.
Q3. Please tell us if there is a villain you have met or heard of in your actual work or social life that is particularly memorable.
Thankfully, I don't think I've encountered any vicious 'villains' yet. Even though work is difficult, I can tolerate it, but when interpersonal relationships are difficult, it is really painful. Failure is someone else's fault. I think it would be very painful to meet a person who takes credit for achievements, a boss who is unconditionally abusive, or a boss who makes unnecessary nitpicks outside of work.
Q4. You must have completed your first filming. How do you feel about working with other MCs?
I went to work on the first day looking forward to the company dinner, but unfortunately, it was postponed to the next day due to senior Dongyeop's schedule. I am happy and grateful just thinking about this company where I look forward to company dinners. I am so honored to be able to work with seniors Dongyeop and Jinho, and I think it will be a time of learning for me. This is a company you look forward to going to work at.
Q5. Please pick one highlight of ‘Office Villain’.
It is natural to have empathy in office life, and it seems that the time to reflect on who the 'villains' around you are and whether you, too, are a villain, as well as identifying office villains, will be an important point to watch in this program. The detailed acting of the comedians and comedians shown in the VCR, especially the various facial expressions, will provide additional fun.
‘Office Villain’ will premiere on the 20th at 10:40 PM.
