VERIVERY member Kangmin made a strong impression as a special MC, showcasing his variety show skills from the start.

On the October 3rd episode of KBS 2TV's 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears', Kangmin appeared as a special MC, bringing bright energy to the studio.

Kangmin, known as the 'ending fairy' in the idol world, caught attention from the opening. His iconic ending pose of biting a glove, which gained attention during his recent solo debut with 'Free Falling', was highlighted. The MCs imitated the pose, and Kangmin humorously added, "Do we really have to choose a winner?", adding liveliness to the atmosphere.

Throughout the show, Kangmin displayed his presence with witty remarks and natural reactions. When discussing swelling management, he agreed with the statement "Pulling your ears helps reduce swelling," adding vibrancy to the conversation.

As a special MC, Kangmin left a strong impression with his stable hosting skills, bright energy, and situationally appropriate reactions. Viewers responded positively, commenting, "Kangmin's reactions are so cute," and "He's really good at reacting," showing high interest.

Kangmin finished 9th on Mnet's 'Boys Planet 2' last September, narrowly missing the debut lineup. Participants up to 8th place formed Alpha Drive One and debuted. Meanwhile, Kim Gunwoo, who placed 4th, is currently on hiatus due to attitude controversies. Unlike the debuting participants, Kangmin is making his mark on public broadcast variety shows, showcasing a different path.

Seven years after his debut, Kangmin released his first solo single album 'Free Falling', selling over 100,000 copies in its first week and winning the 'Hot Stage' trophy on SBS's 'Inkigayo', proving his presence as a solo artist. Now, he's continuing his 'trendsetting path' with his variety show appearances.
