Celebrity chef Jung Ho-young is on the hunt for new staff members.

On the upcoming episode of KBS 2TV's 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' airing on the 3rd, Jung Ho-young will be conducting an open recruitment. He reveals, "We are looking for staff at our Yeonhui-dong and Jeju Island locations. An employee resigned last week."

Despite the resignation, Jung Ho-young maintains, "If you don't point out what needs to be learned, there will be no progress even after 10 years. Even if an employee leaves, it's important to teach them what they need to know," expressing his firm belief.
