Singer Chungha has revealed her significant contribution to the reunion of the group I.O.I.

On the upcoming episode of SBS's 'Running Man' airing on the 3rd, Chungha and Jeon Somi, members of I.O.I, will appear as guests to celebrate the group's 10th anniversary and announce their reunion. Formed in 2016, the project group I.O.I is set to make a grand return with their third mini-album 'I.O.I : LOOP' on May 19, marking their first release in nearly nine years. The duo captivated the audience with a medley of their nostalgic hits like 'Pick Me,' 'Dream Girls,' and 'Very Very Very,' instantly electrifying the atmosphere.

The episode will also unveil the behind-the-scenes story of how the members, who have been active in various fields, came together again. Chungha disclosed that she played a pivotal role in the reunion, heightening anticipation for the hidden story behind their comeback after nine years.

Returning to 'Running Man' after six years, Chungha and Jeon Somi showcased their enhanced variety show skills, asserting their unique presence. The two reenacted the iconic 'Bang Bang' dance that sparked a sensation a decade ago, engaging in a fierce battle for the center position. They also delivered a synchronized performance to Chungha's solo hit 'Gotta Go,' demonstrating their dynamic stage presence.
