Comedian Seo Kyung-seok Reveals Park Myung-soo's Past on 'Malja Show'
The episode of KBS2's variety show 'Malja Show' aired on the 27th, featuring a special on 'First Experiences in Life.' During the broadcast, a concern was raised about a viewer who had a stressful trip with their parents and was asked to go on another trip. 'Malja Grandma' Kim Young-hee shared her own experiences and offered advice on resolving family conflicts.
Kim Young-hee remarked, "Family is the closest relationship, yet everything is a first-time experience," explaining that this often leads to conflicts. She recalled her first trip to Fukuoka and Yufuin, Japan, with her mother and younger brother. Despite planning a top-notch trip, she forgot to book a bus from Fukuoka to Yufuin, which disrupted the entire itinerary. "From that point, I started to feel the pressure from my family," she confessed.
Guest Seo Kyung-seok shared an anecdote about his colleague Park Myung-soo. Seo recalled, "During our early days, when Lee Yoon-seok and I were popular, Park Myung-soo wasn't as well-known. However, I always thought he would succeed." He added, "Even as a rookie, Park Myung-soo would scold and yell at seniors, which got him into trouble. But from the sidelines, it was hilarious. I believed that once the right era came, Park Myung-soo's unique comedy would shine."
The episode also featured audience members sharing their unique 'first' experiences, bringing laughter to the show. A female audience member who failed her first audition for 'National Singing Contest' recreated her performance, causing a burst of laughter. Additionally, Seo Kyung-seok, known for his appearance on 'Real Men,' gave a special lecture on saluting to three Air Force ROTC candidates who freeze up in front of instructors and seniors.
