The cast of '2 Days & 1 Night' successfully turned a small allowance into a significant profit.

On the October 26th episode of KBS 2TV's variety show '2 Days & 1 Night Season 4', the first part of the 'Naju Trip by Pear' was aired. The episode, set in Naju, Jeollanam-do, achieved a nationwide viewership rating of 7.0% according to Nielsen Korea, securing the top spot in its time slot. A segment where the members attempted short-form challenges inspired by Lee Joon reached a peak viewership of 10.4%. The 2049 demographic rating also topped its time slot in the metropolitan area with 1.7%.

Yoo Seon-ho, who missed the previous trip due to a back injury, rejoined the '2 Days & 1 Night' team in good health. Publicly dating Shin Eun-soo, Yoo expressed his gratitude to viewers, saying, "Thank you for your concern. I'm much better now and ready to give it my all today."

Before the main trip, the five members wrote down their desired allowance amounts on sketchbooks. Kim Jong-min, who requested the least amount, received 1,500 won from the production team. Starting their Naju trip with minimal funds, the '2 Days & 1 Night' team embarked on various missions to increase their allowance.

The first allowance-boosting mission was 'Pick and Survive', where members had to grab as much allowance as possible while jumping rope. While Moon Se-yoon, Yoo Seon-ho, and Lee Joon failed, DinDin managed to grab 10,000 won, seemingly turning the tide. However, Kim Jong-min picked up a -1,000 won, resulting in a net gain of only 9,000 won for the team.

The members then headed to Naju Central Elementary School to play the 'Naju Pear Heist' game with the track team students. Before the main game, Moon Se-yoon lost a running match against the only female student, Yoo So-myung, as expected, bruising his pride.

In the main game, the '2 Days & 1 Night' team struggled, with Lee Joon, Kim Jong-min, and Moon Se-yoon collectively earning only 3,000 won. However, DinDin and Yoo Seon-ho managed to earn 11,000 won together, and thanks to ace Yoo Seon-ho's performance in the team event, they added another 2,000 won, gradually increasing their funds.

For the third allowance mission, the five members moved to a canola flower field, donning different flower-shaped hats for the 'What Flower Has Bloomed?' game. The '2 Days & 1 Night' team started strong, but the atmosphere cooled as eldest member Kim Jong-min made repeated mistakes.

After being criticized by his younger teammates, Kim Jong-min improved, only for DinDin to make a mistake, leading to a disjointed mission completion. The team earned an additional 9,000 won and headed to the next location, determined to maximize their profits.

Aiming for a hearty lunch, the '2 Days & 1 Night' team took on the final allowance challenge, 'Water Bomb Gamble'. By safely cutting strings attached to water balloons, they could earn more than double their entry fee. The members boldly took on the challenge with what they called 'the heart of a beast'.

Successfully completing the final round with the highest stakes, the '2 Days & 1 Night' team ended with a total allowance of 66,000 won. Starting with just 1,500 won, they achieved an impressive 4,300% return, securing their goal of five bowls of Naju Gomtang and happily moved to the lunch spot.

After enjoying the Naju Gomtang, the five members indulged in snacks like Naju pear ice cream and hotteok before heading to the base camp. As the '2 Days & 1 Night' team enjoyed their trip with various allowance-boosting missions at Naju's attractions, anticipation builds for more delightful stories in the next episode.
