Shin Sung-rok Reveals Ha Do-kwon is 'Whipped' by His Wife on SBS Show

Actor Shin Sung-rok surprises everyone by revealing that Ha Do-kwon is 'whipped' by his wife.

On the upcoming episode of SBS's variety show 'But Seriously!', airing on the 27th, Ha Do-kwon and Shin Sung-rok showcase their witty chemistry.

During the show, Ha Do-kwon expresses concern for Shin Sung-rok, saying, "I feel sorry for him." He reminisces about Shin's prime days when he looked good in anything, but now he seems to spend all day in front of the mirror, worrying about his appearance. Shin Sung-rok humorously counters by saying, "Ha Do-kwon doesn't care enough," bringing laughter to the set. The revelation that Ha Do-kwon is a highly educated graduate from Seoul National University's vocal music department draws attention. He humorously shares that he used to carry his student ID like a secret weapon to impress at nightclubs.

In another anecdote, Shin Sung-rok shares a self-praising story about how he once arranged a reshoot opportunity for rookie Ha Do-kwon in a drama. Ha Do-kwon retaliates by revealing that he even shaved his head at Shin's urging, only to leave the project shortly after, shocking everyone. Shin Sung-rok defends himself, saying, "Didn't you land your next role because of that?" He adds a story about providing Ha Do-kwon with food and lodging during a location shoot, joking that if he doesn't share these stories himself, no one will know.

Furthermore, Shin Sung-rok drops a bombshell by claiming, "Ha Do-kwon is whipped by his wife," causing a stir on set. Ha Do-kwon, who seems particularly subdued around his wife, is teased about being affectionate at home. He retorts, "I do raise my voice at home sometimes," eliciting laughter.
