'Fifties Professionals' tells the story of three seemingly ordinary men who were once at the top of their game, now driven by fate to take action once more. Despite being worn down by life, their loyalty and instincts remain intact as they navigate the second half of their lives in this action-comedy. The drama humorously depicts their journey to uncover the truth of 'that day's incident' after being exiled to the remote island of Yeongseondo for ten years.

The teaser captivates viewers by showcasing the trio's glorious past. Jung Ho-myung was a formidable agent raised by the National Intelligence Service, Bong Je-soon was known for his ghost-like agility, and Kang Beom-ryong was a legendary gangster who could settle matters with a single punch.

However, their legendary status is now a thing of the past, and the three are merely washed-up professionals. Jung Ho-myung, who has been waiting for ten years as a chef at Oran Banjeom, humorously denies his unexpected diagnosis of menopause, saying, "What? That's ridiculous." His frustration over his stagnant life raises curiosity about his backstory.

Meanwhile, Bong Je-soon, a former North Korean special operative, has long lost all memories of his past, earning him the criticism, "You don't even remember what kind of person you were." Kang Beom-ryong, who followed Jung Ho-myung to find a 'thing,' has been running a convenience store on Yeongseondo for ten years, facing ridicule like, "Can't you even hit anymore?" The teaser evokes both sympathy and laughter at the trio's bittersweet reality.

The tagline 'Reboot of the Washed-Up Professionals' and Jung Ho-myung's determination to "do something before more time passes" hint at a turning point for the trio. With Kang Beom-ryong clenching his fist again, Bong Je-soon's eyes shining, and Jung Ho-myung holding a gun once more, the teaser raises anticipation for their second prime. The phrase "My life is still fifty percent left" suggests that 'Fifties Professionals' will capture their resurgence.

MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Fifties Professionals' will premiere on May 22 at 9:50 PM, following '21st Century Grand Prince.'
