Legendary J-Pop Diva Mika Nakashima Expresses Desire to Meet Korean Singer Park Hyo-shin

Japanese legendary diva Mika Nakashima recently connected with her Korean fans through an invitation from singer Sung Si-kyung, expressing her anticipation for a special connection with Park Hyo-shin, who gained immense love for his reinterpretation of her iconic song.

On the YouTube channel 'Sung Si-kyung's Meet and Greet,' a video titled 'Enjoying Delicious Food and Conversations with Emotional J-POP Diva Mika Nakashima' was uploaded.

In the video, Mika Nakashima appeared as a guest, enjoying a heartfelt conversation while tasting chicken soup personally prepared by Sung Si-kyung.

When asked about her Korean language skills, Mika Nakashima humbly admitted, "I understand the meaning of commonly used words, but I'm not at a level to respond directly." Sung Si-kyung reminded her of her unique recognition in Korea, noting that Park Hyo-shin's rendition of 'Snow Flower' became a record-breaking hit, leaving a lasting impression on the public.

Mika Nakashima expressed deep emotion about her song being used in the Korean drama 'I'm Sorry, I Love You,' revealing that she had watched the series herself. Sung Si-kyung inquired if she had met Park Hyo-shin, to which Nakashima replied, "I haven't had the chance to meet him yet, but I hope for such a precious day to come."
