Haru's First Mountain Climb and Speech Milestone on 'The Return of Superman'

KBS2's 'The Return of Superman' features Haru's first successful climb of Aegibong Peak on Bulamsan Mountain, along with her first words.

In today's (22nd) episode 618 of 'The Return of Superman', titled 'Dad's Bucket List', MC Kim Jong-min and Lalal join as Haru embarks on her first climb with her father, Shim Hyung-tak, to the popular baby-friendly spot, Aegibong Peak on Bulamsan Mountain.

Dressed in a hiking outfit complete with a bandana headband adorned with a large ribbon, Haru confidently holds a baby hiking pole as she climbs the mountain on her father's back. Haru surprises her father, Shim Hyung-tak, with her growing vocabulary and expression. Reaching out to a flower on the mountainside, she exclaims, “Flower, flower!” Shim Hyung-tak is moved by Haru's newfound speech, asking, “Haru, did you say flower?”

At the summit of Aegibong, Haru's adorable climbing photo captures attention. Holding a baby hiking pole in one hand and placing the other on the summit stone, her photo rivals that of an Everest climb, bringing smiles to viewers. Lalal comments, “Haru and the summit stone aren't much different in height,” repeatedly exclaiming, “Haru is so cute.”

Meanwhile, Haru enjoys a bowl of seolleongtang as her post-climb meal. With her tiny hands gripping the spoon, she eats the soup herself, showcasing a 'delicious dance' that brings a big smile to her father, Shim Hyung-tak.

Haru's first climbing and speaking adventure can be seen on the main broadcast of 'The Return of Superman'.
