K-Pop Star Mimi Reaps Benefits from Gold Investment Amid Rising Prices

K-pop singer Mimi recently shared her investment philosophy, revealing that she has benefited from the rising gold prices.

On the 21st, the YouTube channel 'TEO 테오' released a video titled 'Mimi's Laughter and Ji Seok-jin's Quick Wit | EP. 136 Ji Seok-jin Mimi | Salon Drip.' The video featured Ji Seok-jin and Mimi.

Mimi, who does not have a stylist, purchases her own outfits for broadcasts. Ji Seok-jin asked, "Do you buy all your clothes? Are they all piled up?" Mimi confirmed, "Yes, they are all piled up."

Mimi stated, "I invest in myself. In what I learn, what I wear, what I eat, and my exercise." Known for wearing a lot of accessories, Mimi was adorned with numerous rings and bracelets during the show. When Jang Do-yeon pointed to the accessories and asked, "Is this also an investment?" Mimi acknowledged, "It's all an investment." Jang Do-yeon admired the sparkling gold, saying, "It's beautiful." Ji Seok-jin added, "This is all gold. This investment was successful. Gold prices have risen significantly."

Mimi explained, "I invest in things I can see," and continued, "I bought these a long time ago, and their value has increased. People didn't pay much attention before, but now that gold prices are rising, they say, 'You've earned a lot.'" When asked if she actually bought gold, Mimi replied, "I bought a little. I like tangible assets. I don't trust stocks."
