Seo In-young Opens Up About Past Controversy and Manager's Support

Seo In-young discusses her manager's current status following a past controversy involving her use of profanity.

On October 15, Seo In-young shared a video titled "Seo In-young's First Public Display of Faith: Repentance and Worship at Church (+Live Solo Performance)" on her YouTube channel 'Reformed Seo In-young.'

Seo In-young stated, "Many people don't believe I attend church, so I'm revealing my 12-hour Sunday routine. I'm getting baptized today. I'm keeping my 'witch nails' tucked in to avoid surprising anyone."

Seo In-young then recalled the past controversy involving her use of profanity and mentioned a phone call with her manager from that time. She said, "My manager is in the Philippines and invites me to visit. He always says, 'I'll tell them the truth about what happened.' He's very loyal," she added.

In 2017, Seo In-young was embroiled in a controversy over her use of profanity during the filming of JTBC's 'With You Season 2' in Dubai, which led her to halt her entertainment activities. Returning to the public eye via YouTube, she admitted, "I took a break for several years while taking medication for panic disorder and depression. I acknowledge that using profanity was wrong." She clarified that the target of her profanity was a close manager, but denied any allegations of power abuse.
