Korean Actress Moon Chae-won Announces June Wedding Amidst SNL Korea Remarks Resurfacing
On the 15th, Moon Chae-won's agency, Blitzway Entertainment, confirmed, "Moon Chae-won has met a precious person and is set to marry in June. Her fiancé is a non-celebrity, and the wedding will be a private affair with family and close friends."
Following the news of her marriage, interest has been piqued regarding her appearance on 'SNL Korea Season 7' in May of last year, where she hinted at having a boyfriend. During the opening, when Shin Dong-yup playfully asked, "Do you have a boyfriend?", Moon coyly responded, "Even if I did, I couldn't say so, could I?"
Later, when asked to send a video message to her boyfriend in an impromptu skit, she quickly changed her demeanor and playfully said, "I think I'll be late today. See you later."
Born in 1986, Moon Chae-won debuted in the 2007 drama 'Run, Mackerel' and gained widespread attention with the 2008 KBS drama 'Painter of the Wind'. She has since starred in numerous popular dramas and films, including 'Brilliant Legacy', 'It's Okay, Daddy's Girl', 'The Princess' Man', 'The Innocent Man', 'Good Doctor', 'Goodbye Mr. Black', 'Flower of Evil', 'Payback', and movies like 'War of the Arrows', 'Love Forecast', 'Mood of the Day', 'Feng Shui', and 'The Great Battle'. Most recently, she appeared in 'Heart Man' in January.
