Jung Woo, who married actress Kim Yoo-mi in 2016, has revealed his struggles with stalker fans.

On the YouTube web show 'Jjanhyung Shin Dong-yup,' a video titled 'Yo~ You Can't Do That Here' was released on the 13th. The episode featured actors Jung Woo, Hyun Bong-sik, and Shin Seung-ho from the movie 'Jjanggu.'

During the show, Jung Woo explained the reason for his reduced activities following the success of 'Reply 1994' (2013), stating, "I had too many stalker fans." He added, "Some even sent me envelopes containing their hair, and there were those who sent letters written in blood."

Jung Woo recounted how fans would visit the alley in front of his house. He said, "They would take photos with telephoto lenses like reporters and even rummage through our trash cans. I couldn't handle it," he confessed. "I hid away for a while. It was terrifying and made me very cautious."

Ultimately, Jung Woo reflected, "I felt like I received too much compared to what I did," and decided, "Instead of getting caught up in it, I wanted to start anew in the film industry, even if it meant taking slower steps." He shared that he now feels "lighter in both body and mind."
