Suspicion and Strategy Unfold in 'Our Happy Days' as Kim Hye-ok Questions Sunwoo Jae-deok's Loyalty

In the latest episode of KBS 1TV's daily drama 'Our Happy Days,' aired on the 13th, Kim Hye-ok's character begins to suspect Sunwoo Jae-deok of infidelity.

Episode 11 saw Jo Eun-ae, played by Uhm Hyun-kyung, accepting an internship offer at Kangsoo Construction's Strategic Planning Department after much deliberation. The episode garnered a viewership rating of 10.7% nationwide, according to Nielsen Korea.

Go Gyeol, portrayed by Yoon Jong-hoon, personally visited the detention center to offer Jo Eun-ae a six-month internship at Kangsoo Construction. Despite Jo Eun-ae's strong opposition, citing the company's acquisition of her father's business, Go Gyeol maintained that the acquisition was legal and refused to offer any leniency.

Go Gyeol persuaded Kangsoo Construction's Strategic Planning Director, Go Min-ho, played by Jung Yoon, to give Jo Eun-ae a chance, promising to take responsibility if any issues arose. He also sought out Jo Eun-ae's father, Jo Sung-joon, played by Sunwoo Jae-deok, to ask for his help in convincing his daughter.

Jo Eun-ae, deep in thought, recalled a clause in the acquisition contract shown by Go Gyeol, which excluded her father's business from the acquisition. Realizing this critical loophole, she regained her determination and decided to accept the internship, vowing to reclaim her father's business.

Meanwhile, Go Min-ho was thrilled to receive a dinner invitation from his crush, Seo Seung-ri, played by Yoon Da-young. However, his excitement quickly turned to dismay when she unexpectedly requested to be assigned to Go Gyeol's team. Later, Go Min-ho's father, Go Dae-chi, played by Yoon Da-hoon, warned him about the potential fallout from Jo Eun-ae's lawsuit, stating that losing to Go Gyeol before the race even started would be disastrous. Fueled by both love and rivalry, Go Min-ho vowed not to lose and prepared for the upcoming succession race.

Towards the end of the episode, Kang Yeon-ja, played by Kim Hye-ok, noticed her husband Jo Sung-joon's unusual behavior and began to suspect infidelity. Following him, she was shocked to see her daughter Jo Eun-ae emerging from the police station. As she approached them, calling their names, the tense three-way confrontation hinted at the turbulent events to come.
