Reality Show Stars Address Misunderstandings and Share Heartfelt Moments on YouTube

A former reality show contestant, known for her touching storyline, recently met with a fellow alum to clear up misunderstandings caused by editing and shared her genuine feelings.

Influencer Lee Na-yeon, who appeared on TVING's 'Transit Love 2,' featured a video titled 'A Gathering of the Women Who Cried the Most on Transit Love' on her YouTube channel 'First of All, Na-yeon.'

In the video, Lee Na-yeon invited Kwak Min-kyung from 'Transit Love 4' to her home, offering warm comfort and advice.

Lee Na-yeon, in a thoughtfully decorated space, served food and comforted Kwak Min-kyung, who had a tough time dealing with negative comments and comparisons after the show ended. Lee shared her experience, saying, "During the show, the criticism is tough, and after it ends, the constant comparisons are exhausting, but it naturally resolves after about 7-8 months." She advised, "Focusing on your main job and quietly continuing good deeds is the wisest approach."

Kwak Min-kyung expressed strong regret over the title she received during the show, which suggested she pursued all male contestants but was rejected. She clarified, "When I received the date request mission from the producers, I took it as a duty to fulfill, so I approached those around me, like Won-kyu and Woo-jin, to talk."

Kwak Min-kyung felt it was unfair that the editing made it seem like she indiscriminately showed interest in all male contestants, despite not having personal feelings for any specific participant. Lee Na-yeon empathized with her, acknowledging that while dramatic compositions are inevitable in such shows, being labeled inaccurately is deeply frustrating.

A special gift exchange followed. Lee Na-yeon prepared a new ring for Kwak Min-kyung, who had been hurt by a couple ring issue with her ex, Jo Yoo-sik. Lee offered a kind message, suggesting they become ring partners, and Kwak, touched by the thoughtful gesture, wore the ring on the spot, creating a warm atmosphere. Previously, Kwak had moved many viewers when she expressed her disappointment after Jo Yoo-sik appeared with a matching ring with another female contestant during 'Transit Love 4,' despite their seven-year relationship.

Meanwhile, rumors of Kwak Min-kyung reuniting with Jo Yoo-sik surfaced but were officially denied by Jo through another media outlet, confirming they are going their separate ways. Lee Na-yeon and Kwak Min-kyung concluded their meeting by supporting each other's future, bonded by their shared experience on the show.
