Heart Signal 5: Celebrity Panel Shares Excitement and Predictions for New Season
Set to premiere on April 14 at 10 PM, 'Heart Signal 5' (directed by Park Chul-hwan and Kim Hong-gu) is a reality dating show where young men and women gather in the 'Signal House' to explore budding romances. The 'celebrity prediction panel' observes and predicts the final couples. The original panel members Yoon Jong-shin, Lee Sang-min, and Kim Eana are joined by new members Roy Kim and Tsuki.
Yoon Jong-shin, the veteran of the panel, expressed his unique feelings, saying, “It's been 10 years since I first appeared on Season 1 in 2017. Watching the show, I find myself empathizing and reliving those romantic feelings.”
Lee Sang-min, who recently married a non-celebrity 10 years his junior last April, shared his curiosity about how his perspective on 'Heart Signal' might change post-marriage. Kim Eana, known for her sharp instincts, predicted, “This season will be faster and more intense. I expect only one couple to emerge, as the relationships seem quite tangled.”
Lee Sang-min agreed with Kim Eana's prediction, suggesting that there might be only one couple or none at all due to the complex dynamics from the start. In contrast, Yoon Jong-shin anticipated, “There will be at least two couples. The participants are more proactive and expressive than before, so I predict at least two couples.”
He added, “I believe I'm quick-witted, but predicting the participants' hearts is a different challenge. My enthusiasm is unmatched, but I approach this with humility, acknowledging the experience of the original panel. I cautiously predict at least two couples will form, as the participants' sincerity is evident.”
Tsuki, a Japanese national living in Korea for 10 years, shared, “I was confident in my reactions, and I'm thrilled to join as a representative of the 20s. I want to understand the participants' hearts with an honest and bold perspective.” She noted her initial unfamiliarity with the Korean concept of 'some' but has since learned through Korean dramas and content. “I predict one couple will emerge, as the participants are all charming and unique, making the process intense. I'm excited to see who the final couple will be.”
Yoon Jong-shin concluded, “'Heart Signal' is the longest-running, least exaggerated, and most honest dating show. It best showcases the process of young couples forming. Don't miss the broadcast.” Roy Kim added, “The pure, deep, and exciting love stories of youth can only be found on 'Heart Signal 5'. Even if I don't perfectly predict the participants' hearts, I promise to bring viewers joyful laughter, so please watch and enjoy.”
