Kim Go-eun and Kim Jae-won Bring Romance to 'Yumi's Cells Season 3'
The upcoming TVING original series 'Yumi's Cells Season 3', which premieres on the 13th, has released character posters featuring Yumi (played by Kim Go-eun) and Soonrok (played by Kim Jae-won).
Returning after four years, 'Yumi's Cells Season 3' follows Yumi, now a star writer, as she navigates unexpected encounters that bring laughter, tears, and romance into her otherwise uneventful life. With Kim Go-eun reprising her role as Yumi, the addition of rising star Kim Jae-won, and the reunion of director Lee Sang-yeob with writers Song Jae-jung and Kim Kyung-ran, anticipation is high.
Soonrok, known for his blunt honesty despite his sweet demeanor, also undergoes a transformation. As a homebody who usually conserves energy outside, Soonrok finds himself recharged by Yumi's presence. The diverse personalities of Soonrok's cell village, especially the mysterious cell with a flushed face and large build, add to the excitement of their budding romance.
The production team teased, "Yumi, who was leading a peaceful life, experiences unexpected thrills with Soonrok's arrival. The evolving dynamic between Yumi and Soonrok, who initially had a love-hate relationship, will bring viewers both excitement and laughter."
'Yumi's Cells Season 3' will be exclusively pre-released on TVING with two episodes every Monday at 6 PM, starting from the 13th. It will also air on tvN every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 PM with one episode each day.
