Intriguing Romance Unfolds in New tvN Drama 'Secret Inspector'
tvN's upcoming weekend drama 'Secret Inspector' (directed by Lee Soo-hyun, written by Yeo Eun-ho, created by Yang Hee-seung, produced by Studio Dragon & The Modori) has released a tantalizing elevator poster featuring Joo In-ah (played by Shin Hye-sun) and No Gi-jun (played by Gong Myung) on the 31st. The closer proximity between the two characters adds intrigue to their unpredictable relationship.
'Secret Inspector' is a thrilling romance centered around Joo In-ah, a charismatic chief inspector with a secret, and No Gi-jun, an ace inspector demoted to handling internal misconduct (PM) cases. The drama explores the reversal of their relationship from strict inspection to passionate romance, along with the humorous and sometimes poignant struggles of the problematic Team 3 in the inspection department.
Directed by Lee Soo-hyun of 'The Black Dragon' fame, and written by Yeo Eun-ho of 'One Hit Scandal', with creator Yang Hee-seung, the drama promises high-quality production. The synergy between trusted actors like Shin Hye-sun, Gong Myung, Kim Jae-wook, and Hong Hwa-yeon is a key point of anticipation.
In a previously released teaser, No Gi-jun is seen preparing to take down his 'nightmare' boss Joo In-ah. The newly released elevator poster teases an unusual tension between Joo In-ah and No Gi-jun, sparking curiosity. The narrow gap of the closing elevator doors captures the thrilling tension between them, hinting at a reversal in their relationship. No Gi-jun steps forward to embrace Joo In-ah, their intense gaze towards each other's lips raises the heartbeat of viewers. The provocative tagline, 'Aren't you interested in my private life?', adds to the intrigue of their precarious relationship.
As Joo In-ah becomes entangled with No Gi-jun, whom she 'picked' for the misconduct role, she faces a chaotic office life. Meanwhile, No Gi-jun, who initially aimed to bring down Joo In-ah, finds himself captivated. The unfolding of their relationship, as they inspect internal misconduct and uncover each other's secrets, is highly anticipated.
The production team of 'Secret Inspector' stated, "The synergy between Shin Hye-sun and Gong Myung is beyond expectations. From their contrasting chemistry to an inexplicable attraction, look forward to how the two actors portray the evolving romance of Joo In-ah and No Gi-jun."
tvN's new weekend drama 'Secret Inspector' premieres on April 25th at 9:10 PM.
