Korean TV Host Ahn Sun-young Reveals Embezzlement Lawsuit Amidst Personal Reflections

Ahn Sun-young, a successful CEO known for achieving over 1 trillion won in home shopping sales and recognized as the first 'celebrity show host,' has revealed she is currently embroiled in a lawsuit over embezzlement.

Recently, a video titled "Even Human Relationships Need Tidying Up" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'This is Ahn Sun-young.'

In the video, Ahn Sun-young responded to a question about 'types of people to be cautious of' by sharing, "After being scammed three times, experiencing embezzlement, and losing money, I've learned that there are always those who pretend to be victims."

She continued, "People who cause harm to others and show no remorse often have many excuses. They are always late and blame it on traffic due to the holidays, without ever saying 'sorry.' They always have excuses ready."

Ahn Sun-young emphasized, "These people act like victims even when they harm everyone around them. Be wary of those who are constantly negative and full of self-pity, saying 'I had no choice.'"

Ahn Sun-young, who disclosed the embezzlement incident last August, is currently in the midst of a trial. She stated, "Criminal and civil cases take a long time. They consume a lot of money, time, and energy." At the time, she revealed, "One of the employees significantly mishandled company funds. The case is now with the prosecution for investigation. It was a substantial amount, difficult for a small company without investors to handle."

Ahn Sun-young advised, "If someone crosses a basic line, causes significant disruption to your life, and leaves a lasting trauma, it's right to pursue legal action, no matter how long, exhausting, or costly it may be."
