Renowned actress Kim Go-eun and esteemed chef Ahn Sung-jae have reunited on a YouTube show, captivating audiences with their candid stories of past drinking sessions and unique friendship.

On Chef Ahn Sung-jae's YouTube channel, 'Chef Ahn Sung-jae,' a video titled 'Satisfying Hunger Cells: Spring Doenjang Stew & Simple Beef Stir-fry Recipe with Kim Go-eun & Ahn Sung-jae's Sibling Chemistry' was uploaded.

In the video, actress Kim Go-eun appeared as a guest, cooking and chatting with Chef Ahn. Chef Ahn introduced Kim as "a huge star and someone with whom I've shared many drinks," expressing his fondness for her.

Their friendship began when they met as models for a whiskey brand advertisement. Chef Ahn recalled being extremely nervous working with a female celebrity for the first time, but thanks to Kim's consideration, the shoot went smoothly.

Kim humorously responded, "We did drink all day," and expressed her hope that the day remains a fond memory for Chef Ahn.

During the show, Kim Go-eun shared news about the upcoming release of 'Yumi's Cells Season 3' on TVING on April 13, expressing her affection for the project. However, when Chef Ahn admitted he wasn't familiar with the series, Kim momentarily hesitated but cleverly explained her state using the show's concept of 'cells.'

Kim confessed that her 'anxiety cell' was most active due to the pressure of cooking in front of the discerning Chef Ahn. She also charmed viewers by revealing her 'hunger cell' grows with late-night snacks like pork belly and soju.

Kim Go-eun also shared her cooking philosophy, stating she enjoys cooking for herself during breaks but feels her skills decline during projects. She revealed she practiced by making spring onion doenjang stew for her family before the show.

Having started cooking for economic reasons during her long years of living alone, Kim admitted she can impress friends with dishes like rice cake soup and ginseng chicken soup.

After tasting Kim's carefully prepared stew, Chef Ahn praised its "clean taste," relieving Kim's nerves. The duo maintained a sibling-like chemistry throughout, sharing a beef stir-fry recipe that delighted viewers.
