Excitement Returns to Kim Go-eun's Life in 'Yumi's Cells Season 3'

In the TVING original series 'Yumi's Cells Season 3', Kim Go-eun's mundane life is about to be filled with excitement once again. Born in 1991, Kim Go-eun shared romantic chemistry with Ahn Bo-hyun in Season 1 and GOT7's Park Jin-young in Season 2. In this new season, she is set to create a new emotional connection with Kim Jae-won, born in 2001, showcasing a different kind of chemistry.

The main trailer for TVING's original 'Yumi's Cells Season 3', set to premiere on April 13, was released on the 25th, teasing the romantic relationship changes between Yumi (played by Kim Go-eun) and Soon-rok (played by Kim Jae-won).

Returning after three years, 'Yumi's Cells Season 3' captures the relatable romance of Yumi, who has become a star writer, as she laughs, cries, and falls in love again due to an unexpected person who suddenly appears in her uneventful life. The anticipation is high with Kim Go-eun, who embodies 'Yumi', the addition of rising young actor Kim Jae-won, and the reunion of trusted director Lee Sang-yeob with writers Song Jae-jung and Kim Kyung-ran.

While the main poster, previously unveiled, hinted at the sudden excitement between Yumi and Soon-rok, the newly released main trailer raises the excitement level with the dynamic relationship changes between the two. Despite his neat appearance, PD Soon-rok frequently presses Yumi's anger button with his awkward reactions. His extraordinary presence brings exciting changes to Yumi's peaceful life. When Yumi says, "Maltese dogs can be smart," he retorts without blinking, "Don't Maltese dogs eat poop?" His peculiar behavior, like wearing earphones alone on a bus, adds humor. Particularly intriguing is the rare fish 'Bbakdom', which only appears when Yumi is angry, becoming busier with Soon-rok's presence.

Despite grumbling, "The more I think about it, the more ridiculous it is," Yumi's subtle excitement is noticeable. Her heart starts racing as if struck by lightning at Soon-rok's smile, gradually changing her daily life. Soon-rok's unexpected charm also catches attention. He offers gentle comfort to a suddenly downcast Yumi, saying, "You were amazing. You are amazing," and boldly counters Da-yong's (played by Jeon Seok-ho) comment that Yumi and Ju-ho (played by Choi Daniel) look good together with, "No, they don't." 'Yumi's Cells Season 3' will be exclusively pre-released on TVING every Monday at 6 PM with two episodes, starting April 13, and will air on tvN every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 PM with one episode each.
