JTBC's New Drama 'Fighting Worthlessness' Unveils Second Teaser Featuring Koo Kyo-hwan and Go Yoon-jung
JTBC's new weekend drama 'Fighting Worthlessness' follows the journey of a person struggling with jealousy and envy among successful friends, seeking peace amidst their turmoil.
The teaser, released on the 24th, showcases the chemistry between Hwang Dong-man (Koo Kyo-hwan), who has been preparing to debut as a film director for 20 years, and Byun Eun-ah (Go Yoon-jung), a producer at Choi Film.
The video begins with Hwang Dong-man shouting his name atop a hill. While others dismiss his eccentric behavior as 'fatigue,' Byun Eun-ah sees through his transparency, describing him as someone with 'a thousand open doors.' Their meeting, away from the world's noisy judgments, creates a 'clean zone' of refreshing interaction.
Empowered by reassurance, they shake off their burdens and run together, with Byun Eun-ah's determined voice promising to experience Hwang Dong-man's world, hinting at their solidarity in overcoming waves of anxiety, heightening anticipation for the premiere.
The production team stated, "Focus on the process where these two, who were always stuck in anxiety, finally light up the 'green light' of reassurance by meeting each other. You can look forward to their harmless synergy as each other's only refuge."
'Fighting Worthlessness' premieres on April 18 at 10:40 PM.
