Lee Seo-jin Opens Up About His Changed Perspective After Winning Best Actor Award

Actor Lee Seo-jin, who previously sparked controversy with his candid remarks at the 'SBS Entertainment Awards,' has opened up about his changed mindset after winning the Best Actor award.

On the 24th, a press conference for the Netflix variety show 'Lee Seo-jin's Dalla Dalla' was held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Attendees included actor Lee Seo-jin, PD Na Young-seok, and PD Kim Ye-seul.

'Lee Seo-jin's Dalla Dalla' is an unscripted travel variety show featuring Lee Seo-jin and PD Na Young-seok's adventures in the U.S. Lee, who considers Texas his second home, embarks on a humorous journey with Na and his team.

During the event, Lee Seo-jin reflected on his mindset after winning the Best Actor award at the 2025 'SBS Entertainment Awards.' He noted, "(Dalla Dalla) was filmed in April last year, so it was before I received the award. It reflects my mindset before the award."

When asked about his thoughts on the award, Lee Seo-jin responded calmly, stating, "I'm currently living the challenging life of a theater actor, so I don't really think about the entertainment award."

He added, "Entertainment awards are forgotten in two weeks, aren't they? I don't think much of it. While the grand prize might linger, the Best Actor award just passes by," he said with a smile.

Lee Seo-jin also shared, "'Lee Seo-jin's Dalla Dalla' originated from 'Lee Seo-jin's New York New York.' 'New York New York' was on YouTube, but since 'Dalla Dalla' is with Netflix, I felt I should work harder."

He humorously admitted, "With YouTube, I was more laid-back, but with Netflix, I feel more motivated to put in effort."

Netflix's 'Lee Seo-jin's Dalla Dalla' will be available exclusively on Netflix starting at 5 PM on the 24th.
