Actress Ha Ji-won (47) recently appeared on Sung Si-kyung's YouTube channel 'Sung Si-kyung's Meet' and revealed that she transformed her physique for her comeback project 'Climax.'

In the video released on the 18th, Ha Ji-won, while shyly reuniting with Sung Si-kyung, enjoyed the meticulously prepared food and wine by him, engaging in a deep conversation. When asked about the buzz around her being in her 'prime,' Ha Ji-won responded with a bright smile, saying, "It feels great to hear that I'm still pretty as I age."

Regarding her fitness secrets, she explained, "Many people ask what kind of exercise I do. I focus on stretching exercises by understanding the principles of muscles. It's about applying pressure to the necessary points and having a conversation with my body." She further shared, "Thanks to the consistent effort I've put into exercising, I've become more efficient at it."

Returning to Drama After 4 Years, "Changed My Physique Entirely"

Ha Ji-won also expressed her passion for her drama comeback after four years with ENA's 'Climax.' She confessed, "Playing the role of the ambitious actress Choo Sang-ah was challenging. I often questioned myself, 'Could I go as far as Choo Sang-ah?'" She particularly noted, "To create a sharp character, I underwent hard training to reduce muscle size and change my physique entirely."

Recently, Ha Ji-won made headlines at the 'Climax' press conference with her slender figure. Regarding her chemistry with co-star Ju Ji-hoon, she proudly stated, "Our synergy was so good that we got an 'okay' in one take during intense marital fight scenes."

Emotional Reflection on 'Secret Garden' OST 15 Years Later

Ha Ji-won also shared an emotional reflection on the OST 'You Are My Spring' from her iconic drama 'Secret Garden,' sung by Sung Si-kyung. She said, "Even after the show ended, I listened to it a lot, and every spring, I find myself returning to it. It makes me feel loved," moving Sung Si-kyung. Lastly, Ha Ji-won revealed that during the pandemic, she took time to reflect on herself as 'human Ha Ji-won' rather than 'actress Ha Ji-won,' and said, "Thanks to that, filming 'Climax' felt like starting acting anew. I'm very happy now."
