‘Brave Detectives 5’ Teaser Released Amidst Cast Changes

The teaser for 'Brave Detectives 5' has been unveiled. Meanwhile, actor Lee Yi-kyung, who was embroiled in a personal controversy on the 9th, has announced his departure from the show.

On the 17th, the official YouTube channel of T-Cast E Channel released the teaser for 'Brave Detectives 5' (directed by Lee Ji-sun), featuring MCs Ahn Jung-hwan, Kwak Sun-young, Yoon Doo-joon, and profiler Kwon Il-yong transformed into 'Yong-hyung' heroes.

The one-minute teaser begins with the four encountering shocking news in their daily lives. Ahn Jung-hwan, eating at a restaurant, reacts angrily to the news on screen, saying, “What kind of person is this?” Kwak Sun-young, walking her dog 'Emong', urgently approaches a passerby to view their phone screen, saying, “Can I watch with you?”

Yoon Doo-joon, listening to the news through earphones in a car, urges his manager to hurry, saying, “We need to get there quickly.” Meanwhile, profiler Kwon Il-yong, dressed in a suit, checks his watch with a tense expression.

Finally gathered at the recording studio, the four await the detective's arrival with anxious expressions. Ahn Jung-hwan asks, “Why haven't we heard anything yet?” to which Kwon Il-yong replies, “Well, they wouldn't easily admit it.” Kwak Sun-young wonders, “How did they catch them?” and Yoon Doo-joon adds, “That's what I'm most curious about,” heightening anticipation for the new season of 'Brave Detectives 5'.
