SNL Korea Returns with a Bang: Tack Jae-hoon to Host Season 8 Premiere

Coupang Play's comedy show 'SNL Korea' is set to make a powerful comeback with its eighth season on March 28. The season opener will feature the 'No-Filter King' Tack Jae-hoon (57) as the host.

'SNL Korea' is South Korea's top comedy show, known for its bold and daring humor with top-tier stars and a trusted crew that consistently dominates the buzz charts.

Tack Jae-hoon, a versatile artist with titles like 'No-Filter Master,' 'God of Ad-libs,' and 'Hit Maker,' has carved out a unique niche in both music and entertainment. Returning to the show after a decade, Tack Jae-hoon, who once led the core crew alongside Shin Dong-yup, is expected to deliver an impressive performance as the host of the season opener on Coupang Play.

Season 8 promises more direct and daring comedy. The irreplaceable 'trusted crew,' including Shin Dong-yup, Jung Sang-hoon, Jung Sung-ho, Kim Min-kyo, Ahn Young-mi, Jung Yi-rang, Lee Soo-ji, Kwon Hyuk-soo, Kim Won-hoon, Ji Ye-eun, and Kim Kyu-won, will reunite to ensure seamless laughter. Having produced new talent for three consecutive years at the 'Blue Dragon Series Awards,' 'SNL Korea' is also set to introduce new crew members this season. All eyes are on who will follow in the footsteps of Ji Ye-eun and 'Human Copy Machine' Kim Kyu-won as the next rising star.
