Unseen 'I Am Solo' Episode Reveals 30th Season's Young-sik and Young-ja's Makgeolli Date
The previously edited-out makgeolli date scene between Young-sik and Young-ja from the 30th season of 'I Am Solo' has been released, capturing viewers' attention.

The YouTube channel 'Chonjang Entertainment TV', operated by ENA and SBS PLUS's 'I Am Solo', uploaded a video titled '※Unreleased Footage※ 30th Season_Young-sik & Young-ja Full Date Version'.

In the video, the full version of the makgeolli date scene between Young-ja and Young-sik, which was edited out during the broadcast, was revealed. During the show, women were given the opportunity to choose their male partners for a date, and Young-ja, who was chosen by Young-sik for a daytime date, also chose Young-sik.

While drinking makgeolli, Young-sik remarked, "Why does it feel like we're just here to have fun? I really enjoy just continuing to date like this." Young-ja, hearing laughter from other couples, commented, "I feel like our energy is gradually decreasing."

Young-sik responded, "There's no need to raise it," but Young-ja said, "I should expand my options a bit more." Young-sik replied, "Isn't that too much?" but added, "I'm confident." Young-ja warned, "I might not come back if I go elsewhere," to which Young-sik replied, "If you don't come back, I guess I'll just have to cry."

Young-sik continued, "Anyway, I'm certain, and it seems like Young-ja is also quite certain. Others are congratulating us, but it's not time for that yet. It's not like everything is settled. If we make it to the final choice, then maybe the next day we can discuss if it's the start of a relationship or just a fling."

Young-ja asked, "So what did you answer?" Young-sik explained, "Even in society, when we go on blind dates, nothing is set in stone, but usually, after about four meetings, we decide. Here, if we meet four or five times, I think we can start a relationship."

Young-ja inquired, "Are you the type to start dating and then get to know each other?" Young-sik replied, "Because there are things you learn only when you're in a relationship." Young-ja agreed, "That's why even after long-term dating and marriage, some people find they don't match and end up divorcing." Young-sik asked about the significance of Young-ja's final choice, and Young-ja confessed, "I never thought I'd meet someone who connects like this from the beginning. Even on blind dates, if I liked someone, they were never interested in me."

Young-ja, who often felt mismatched, said, "There weren't many characters who would confidently make a move like you did. It wasn't even after introductions or first impressions; you just suggested going for a walk right away. I thought, 'What is this?' and assumed you'd do this with anyone."
