SBS Variety Show 'Anytime' Extends Season 4 Due to High Ratings and Popularity

SBS's popular variety show 'Anytime' has announced an extension of its fourth season, adding one more episode due to its impressive ratings and popularity.

On the 12th, the production team of 'Anytime' stated, "In response to the overwhelming support from viewers, the originally planned 16-episode Season 4 will now air a total of 17 episodes."

Returning last December with its fourth season, 'Anytime' achieved the top spot across all genres on Tuesday nights in the 2049 viewership ratings from its very first episode. The show consistently maintained its lead, securing the number one spot in the same time slot for all Tuesday broadcasts and topping the charts for nine consecutive weeks in the drama-variety category, demonstrating strong support from the 2049 demographic. The episode featuring Jo In-sung, Park Jung-min, and Park Hae-joon set a new record for the series with a household rating of 5.8% in the metropolitan area and a peak of 8.4%.

According to the March brand reputation rankings released by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute (from February 2 to March 2), 'Anytime' ranked sixth in the variety show category, while MC Yoo Jae-suk secured the top spot in the variety show host category. The show also maintained its buzz, ranking 10th in video views in the TV-OTT non-drama category for the fourth week of February (February 23 to March 1), as reported by the TV popularity analysis agency Good Data Corporation.

At the heart of its popularity is the dynamic chemistry between hosts Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok. Their seamless interaction with both guest stars and ordinary participants brings vibrant entertainment to every moment of the show. The new season features a diverse lineup of guests from various fields and age groups, including Lee Je-hoon and Pyo Ye-jin, Choo Young-woo and Shin Si-a, Cha Tae-hyun and Kim Do-hoon, Kwon Sang-woo and Moon Chae-won, NMIXX's Haewon and Sullyoon, Lee Sun-bin and Kim Young-dae, Jo In-sung, Park Jung-min, and Park Hae-joon, Song Eun-i and Kim Sook, Jung Sang-hoon and Ji Ye-eun, Ra Mi-ran and Joo Jong-hyuk, Choo Sung-hoon and Kim Dong-hyun, and Lee Som, Kim Kyung-nam, and Jeon Seok-ho.
