Korean Star DinDin Expresses Frustration with KBS on '2 Days & 1 Night'

DinDin, a cast member of the popular Korean variety show '2 Days & 1 Night', recently expressed his dissatisfaction with KBS.

On the episode aired on the 8th, the show featured the second part of the 'Lying on the Incheon Sea' story with the five members in Incheon.

During the episode, DinDin's mother, Kim Pan-rye, made a surprise visit to the base camp. She humorously stated, "I came to cook for everyone here who works so hard. I'm not trying to show off."

Comedian Moon Se-yoon, who had previously tasted her cooking, commented, "The braised short ribs are so delicious. I don't understand why DinDin eats so little," showing his anticipation.

Regarding DinDin's recent rise as a 'sensible celebrity', his mother candidly shared, "It's nerve-wracking. It feels like walking on thin ice."

She added humorously, "I'm grateful that now that my son is in his 30s, his true nature is coming out. Before, I wondered where this child came from. It was embarrassing, and I wondered when he would mature. I thought I named him Im Cheol (DinDin's real name) wrong," bringing laughter.

DinDin's mother prepared a 'Spring Feast' filled with dishes like japchae, yeonpotang, and galbitang for the members and crew.

DinDin revealed, "My mom started using my card recently. She bought a lot of things like crabs. The cost of the ingredients was too high." He continued, "Why did she use my card for that? The production team asked for it, right? Mom, did you keep the receipts? I'm going to bill them. It was a lot."

His mother retorted, "Why is he like this? He seems cheap at times," and added, "You don't know the prices. Aren't you living thanks to KBS?" causing laughter.

DinDin's 'price' comment, which contributed to his image as a sensible celebrity, made Lee Jun laugh, and before the game, Kim Jong-min remarked, "It was bought with DinDin's money," adding to the fun.
