On the third episode of JTBC's weekend drama 'Efficient Meetings of Singles' (directed by Lee Jae-hoon, written by Lee I-jin), which aired on the 7th at 10:30 PM, viewers witnessed the tumultuous day of Lee Eui-young (played by Han Ji-min), who was desperately trying to find her match through a hectic schedule of blind dates.

During the episode, Lee Eui-young met a series of men with impressive credentials, such as a star lecturer, a trainer, and a musical actor. However, she was left disappointed by their one-sided flirting and insistence on visiting trendy restaurants. Particularly, Kim Soo-on (played by Lee Shin-ki), whom she met through a friend's introduction, infuriated her with his rude questions and hypocritical behavior, as he insulted her appearance and attire behind her back.

In this moment of crisis, an unexpected savior appeared in the form of Shin Ji-soo (played by Lee Ki-taek), who had left a strong impression on a previous blind date. Working as a waiter at the restaurant where Lee Eui-young and Kim Soo-on were dining, Shin Ji-soo overheard Kim Soo-on's disrespectful comments and attempted to escort Lee Eui-young out.

During the altercation, Shin Ji-soo even got into a physical confrontation with Kim Soo-on to protect Lee Eui-young. He revealed that he was actually a theater actor and had attended the blind date as a substitute due to unavoidable circumstances. Offering a theater ticket symbolizing his true identity, Shin Ji-soo confessed his desire to approach Lee Eui-young sincerely, shaking her heart.

Meanwhile, a major incident occurred at the hotel where Lee Eui-young works, intertwining her professional and personal life. A pop-up event company, chosen by her boss Jung Na-ri (played by Lee Mi-do) through a unilateral decision, was embroiled in a plagiarism controversy. Coincidentally, the original creator was revealed to be Song Tae-seop (played by Park Sung-hoon), the first man Lee Eui-young had met on a blind date.

To resolve the situation, Lee Eui-young rushed to Chuncheon, where Song Tae-seop was camping, and had a movie-like reunion with him after accidentally falling in front of his tent. As Song Tae-seop had been eagerly waiting for Lee Eui-young's contact, their unexpected encounter hinted at the beginning of a new relationship.
