Seo Jang-hoon Opens Up About Life After Divorce: No Dating, No Loneliness

Seo Jang-hoon revealed that he hasn't dated since his divorce.

On the October 2nd episode of SBS's variety show 'But Seriously!', Seo Jang-hoon appeared as a guest.

When asked if he feels lonely after 15 years of being single, Seo responded, "I'm busy with work, and I don't feel lonely."

He continued, "If someone told me to stay at home for a month without doing anything, I could easily do it. I'm the type to overcome things alone, even when I'm sick. I'm busy even when I'm alone. On days without a schedule, I wake up and check online for any news about me. I also keep up with books, dramas, and variety shows."

Seo Jang-hoon, who hasn't dated since his divorce, was asked if anyone has confessed their feelings to him. He replied, "That hasn't happened," and added, "When someone around me tries to introduce me to a woman, I strongly discourage it."

He explained, "It's too burdensome. Just because you meet someone doesn't mean it will work out, and I only end up feeling sorry. Even if my father tried to set me up, I would discourage it." Regarding his last kiss, he said, "It's been quite a while. It's a tearful story."

When asked about his preferred dating style, Seo confessed, "I want a calm and quiet relationship, not a loud and flashy one. I don't want to meet every day. I prefer meeting occasionally, having a meal, and sharing life stories."

Seo Jang-hoon married announcer Oh Jung-yeon in 2009, but they divorced three years later in 2012.
