Actor Park Sung-hoon Returns After Controversy: A True 'Dating Show' Enthusiast
On the 26th, a press conference for JTBC's new weekend drama 'Efficient Meeting of Single Men and Women' was held at The Link Hotel Seoul in Guro-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by director Lee Jae-hoon and actors Han Ji-min, Park Sung-hoon, and Lee Ki-taek.
'Efficient Meeting of Single Men and Women' tells the story of a woman who decides to find love and meets two men with different charms, leading her to discover the true meaning of love.
Han Ji-min and Park Sung-hoon, who are from the same agency, shared their thoughts on the benefits of working together. Han Ji-min said, "It was nice that we weren't complete strangers, so it took less time to get comfortable. His previous roles were intense, and he's a talented actor, so I was curious about how he would be in a melodrama. We were able to shoot comfortably from the start."
Park Sung-hoon added, "We saved time on ice-breaking in the early stages of the project. Our managers also communicated well, allowing us to quickly exchange updates."
When asked about their favorite dating shows, Han Ji-min revealed, "I watched 'I Am Solo' diligently when it was a hot topic. I even shed tears watching 'Transit Love.'" Park Sung-hoon proudly shared, "I'm an avid viewer of 'Single's Inferno.' I haven't missed a single episode of 'I Am Solo.' I also keep up with 'My Child's Love.'"
